Company History
Established in 1991, Diakon Logistics founder Bill Jamagin envisioned a customer-centric company built on the basic tenets of a dedicated fleet and on-site management. This revolutionary business concept established Diakon in the industry and allowed a steady growth to national prominence.
Diakon's first contract was with Sears, delivering appliances in Pittsburgh, PA, and establish us as one of the top logistics companies. More than twenty years later the partnership has grown greatly, working together in 15 additional locations to provide Sears customers with timely deliveries.
Now one of the nation's largest and most trusted home delivery companies, Diakon currently also offers logistics, transportation, and warehousing services to more than 1.5 million customers across much of the United States. Depended on by prominent retailers such as The Home Depot, Costco, Sears, GE, Ethan Allen, and Conn's, Diakon's special focus on appliance and furniture deliveries allows our clients to focus on their bottom line.
