- Our delivery teams are compensated on the basis of their actual measured performance against the standards you care about most – not just completing a delivery.
We are one of the first companies in the industry to implement an incentive-based compensation plan for the delivery teams who contract with us, and it’s what has set us apart from our competitors.

In addition to meeting your high standards for performance, our delivery professionals are also required to meet appropriate Department of Transportation (DOT) qualifications. And all delivery team members (drivers and helpers) undergo extensive background checks, including criminal, drug, driving record checks and physical exams.
